Shipping Policy

Bombshell Suds Co. is a small-batch, handmade soap company. Orders are typically packed and shipped within 2–3 business days. Once an order leaves our hands, standard domestic delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on the destination and carrier conditions.

Shipping rates

• First-order offer: New customers get 15% off their first $30+ order of eligible soap bars and Build-Your-Own bundles with code FirstSoapDrop15. Excludes collaboration bars, merch, soap accessories, and beard balm. Enter the code at checkout; eligibility and final discount details are confirmed there.
• Bubble Tier: Orders $50 or less ship for an $11 flat rate.
• Soak Tier: Orders $51–$74 ship for an $9 flat rate.
• Bombshell Tier: Orders $75 or more ship free.

Eligible shipping discounts and final shipping charges are shown at checkout. Shipping offers may not be combined unless we expressly state otherwise.

APO, FPO, and DPO addresses

We proudly ship to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses wherever you are stationed. Military mail can take longer than the standard delivery estimate, so please allow additional transit time and double-check the address format at checkout.

Tracking and delivery issues

We send tracking by email once your order ships. If an order arrives damaged, is incorrect, or has another verified fulfillment issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos when applicable. For details, see our Store-Credit Policy.

International orders

If international delivery is available at checkout, customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees, duties, taxes, and import requirements.
