Store-Credit Policy

At Bombshell Suds Co., every bar and balm is handmade in small batches. Because our products are personal-care items, all sales are final and we do not offer cash refunds.

Before you order

Please review the product description, scent notes, ingredient list, product size, and shipping information before placing your order. We spell out our scent profiles and list ingredients so you can make an informed choice before buying.

Scent preference, color variation, design variation, texture preference, and a product that simply was not the right fit for you are not defects. Handmade bars naturally vary in appearance from batch to batch.

Damaged, incorrect, or verified order issues

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or has another verified fulfillment issue, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a short description of the issue, and clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label when applicable.

After review, we may resolve an eligible issue with a replacement, a store-credit code, or another solution we determine is appropriate. Original shipping charges are not refundable or creditable.

Used and opened personal-care products

For hygiene and product-safety reasons, we do not accept returns of opened or used soap, beard balm, or other personal-care products. Please do not send products back unless we specifically ask you to do so and provide return instructions.

Courtesy credit for an unhappy first-time customer

We want you to feel good about trying Bombshell Suds Co. If you are a first-time customer and are unhappy with an eligible product, contact us within 7 days of delivery. At our discretion, we may issue a one-time $5 courtesy store credit toward a future purchase of $25 or more.

• Not cash, a refund, or a replacement for an approved damage or incorrect-item claim
• Cannot be applied to original shipping charges
• Cannot be combined with another discount unless we approve it
• Issued solely at Bombshell Suds Co.'s discretion
