Shipping Policy

We currently ship within the United States as well as to our Military members with APO/FPO/DPO addresses via USPS .

Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During launches, restocks, holidays, or event weekends, processing may take a little longer.

Shipping:
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email. Delivery times may vary depending on carrier delays, weather, holidays, and destination.

Incorrect Addresses:
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Bombshell Suds Co is not responsible for packages delayed or lost due to incorrect address information entered at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Packages:
Once a package is in the hands of the carrier, shipping times are outside our control. If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, contact the carrier first, then email us if you still need help.

Damaged Orders:
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged items and packaging.
